INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned slat
1/2 tablespoon chopped, dried onion
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup celery
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Mix in lemon juice, spices and onion.
- Add chicken and celery. Stir until combined.
- Serve on croissants or rolls.
