Vinaigrette by Bryn St. Clair

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Store chilled
NOTE: Great on green and pasta salads.
