2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
3/4 teaspoons lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Place chicken broth and butter in a stock pot.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Add rice and reduce heat to low. Cook covered for 20 minutes.
- Stir in seasonings and serve.
