okay...you've never shared this one. I will be trying it next week. Does the chicken ever dry out?
You just cook it until it's done. Depending on the type of chicken and it's thickness. Most frozen chicken breast's or tender's have instructions on how to cook them frozen on the back of the bag. I usually just follow that for the heat and timing :-). And no, they don't dry out if you don't overcook them.
Okay, so I'm making this chicken and your yummy looking potatoes for Sunday dinner. Wish me luck! You guys ROCK!
I made this and the basil-rice for my mothers day dinner to myself. The whole chicken breasts cooked a little unevenly, but it worked well anyway, and you should've seen my picky eaters put it away!
