I got this recipe out of a Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book. It's great as a side dish for a dinner or for a hearty breakfast with eggs and sausage.INGREDIENTS:
3 medium potatoes (1 pound), cut into eighths (red or russet work fine)
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS:
- Place potatoes in a greased 9X9X2-inch baking pan.
- Combine oil, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and paprika; drizzle over potatoes, tossing ot coat.
- Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir potatoes; bake 10 to 20 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and brown on the edges.
