1/3 cup minced dried onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons flour
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed container.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of the mixture with 1/2 cup of water and 1 pound cooked hamburger. Simmer for 5 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency.
